I love lava cake, I love warm brownie cup. I love that I can make them immediately when I'm craving for them. And I love watching Thomas Joseph's cooking videos. 'Nuff said.

AND 1/2 CUP (OR 1 STICK) BUTTER
CREATE A DOUBLE BOILER
PUT CHOCOLATE

TAKE 2 FULL EGGS
AND ANOTHER 2 EGG YOLKS ONLY
COMBINE EGGS IN MIXER
AND BEAT
TAKE 1/4 CUP SUGAR
AND COMBINE
BEAT UNTIL PALE
TAKE THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE
AND COMBINE TO EGG MIXTURE
(LITTLE BY LITTLE TO AVOID COOKING THE EGG)
TAKE 2 TABLESPOONS OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
ADD TO THE MIXTURE AND BEAT FOR A FEW MINUTES
UNTIL FULLY INCORPORATED
PREPARE 4 RAMEKINS
GREASE WITH BUTTER
AND LINE WITH FLOUR SO THE BATTER WON'T STICK
OR LINE WITH CHOCOLATE POWDER AND SUGAR INSTEAD TO MAKE IT SWEETER
PORTION OUT THE BATTER
AND BAKE FOR 8-12 MINUTES
8 MINUTES TO GET MOLTEN LAVA CAKE
(FLIP AND GORGE)
OR 12 MINUTES FOR WARM BROWNIE CUP

LUMPIA!!!
Made lumpia today. :3 The most basic one. I didn't find shrimp (yummy) and I didn't buy cheese (mas pampa-yummy).
Ingredients:
1/2 kg minced pork
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup minced carrot
1 egg
3 tablespoon toyo
salt
pepper
lumpia wrapper
Procedure:
So.. combine all ingredients, except the wrapper of course, in a bowl.
Take out the wrapper and separate one by one. Prepare water on the side (or egg).
Take a small amount of meat, and start rolling..
TADA!!! Forgot to take a picture of the whole batch. I made 50 of them. And guess what? I had a lot more left over meat mixture. So I made meatballs!
I added breadcrumbs, took a spoonful and rolled into balls. Yields 14 more. Cook in medium heat and drain of oil.
BUSOG....... *burp* (excuse me!)
How I make the sauce will be for next time, kanang magluto nako sa lumpia.. Basin ugma puhon o Biernes..
I have been taught to make sure I keep the lumpia shanghai rolls in the same height and width para gwapa. Food is truly more inciting when it's presented beautifully.
end.
